Category-based troubleshooting and account information

Help Center and Troubleshooting

Start with your account status, then check the client, subscription, route and local network in order. This page organizes troubleshooting steps by common symptoms. Plan, data and refund details are subject to the records in the user panel.

Troubleshooting order

Confirm your account first, then check the connection

An inactive subscription, outdated client configuration, local network changes and route status can produce similar symptoms. Check the account and order in the user panel first, then update the subscription and test another route to avoid repeatedly changing unrelated settings. If you need to submit a ticket, include your system, client name, route region, error message and steps already attempted.

ACCOUNT

Account & subscriptions

Sign-up, subscription access, configuration updates, device changes and platform migration.

What do I need to prepare before signing up?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Choose a recognizable username that is not reused with other services, and store your login details securely. After signing up, you can view plans, orders, subscriptions and client access from the user panel.

Where can I find my subscription after signing in?

Open the Account Overview or Client area in the user panel to view your current subscription status and import options. Clients and subscriptions are provided through the user panel; marketing pages do not offer static installers or public subscription URLs. If the panel shows that the subscription is not active, check the order status first, then refresh the page.

How do I update my subscription link?

Open Subscription Management or Configuration Management in your client, select the current VPNQD subscription and run an update. Before updating, make sure you are connected to a network that can access the internet normally. If the client retains old routes, delete the cached local configuration and import it again from the user panel. Do not share subscription contents on public pages.

Do I need to buy another plan after changing devices?

You do not need to purchase separately when changing devices. VPNQD supports unlimited simultaneously connected devices. Sign in to the user panel on the new device to obtain the appropriate client and subscription. When retiring the old device, remove its saved subscription information so the configuration does not remain on a decommissioned or transferred device.

Which operating systems are supported?

Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Permission settings, proxy modes and background management differ by system. Open the client area for the relevant platform from the user panel and follow its import instructions. Changing platforms does not require a plan change.

CONNECTION

Connections & troubleshooting

Access failures, app routing, subscription errors and connection interruptions.

The client says it is connected, but websites will not open. What should I do?

Disconnect the current route and switch to another region first to check whether the issue affects only one route. Then verify that the client’s system proxy is enabled, the browser is not retaining an old proxy setting, and system DNS has not been manually fixed. Restore DNS to automatic configuration, reconnect and try opening the site again.

Why isn’t a particular app using the proxy?

A common cause is rule-based routing: the app’s domain or connection method may have been classified for direct access. The app may also ignore the system proxy. Switch to a more comprehensive proxy mode for comparison. If the client supports TUN mode, grant network permission as prompted and test again. Also check whether custom rules contain a direct-connection entry.

What should I check when a subscription update fails?

First confirm that the user panel opens normally and that the current subscription is valid. Check that the subscription content saved in the client is complete, with no spaces added or characters omitted during copying. If a configuration with the same name already exists locally, delete it and import it again. If the update still fails, submit a ticket through the user panel with your system, client name and error message.

How should I troubleshoot frequent disconnections?

Check whether the local network itself is stable, then switch routes for comparison. Changing Wi-Fi signal, system sleep, automatic network switching and background power saving can all interrupt a connection. On iOS or Android, check the client’s background activity and network permissions. On desktop systems, avoid allowing multiple proxy clients to control the system proxy at the same time.

What should I do if the client cannot import my subscription?

Confirm that you are using the platform-specific entry provided in the user panel, and check that the client supports the selected import method. If tapping Import does nothing, copy the subscription content and add it manually under the client’s subscription management. If routes are still missing after import, update the subscription and restart the client. Do not edit the subscription content yourself.

ROUTES

Speed & routes

Peak-hour performance, route types, speed testing and access to specific services.

How should I handle peak-hour lag?

Cross-border routes are more likely to be affected by local carrier egress congestion during peak hours. Switch to another route in the same region, then compare the actual performance of IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes and direct connections. For streaming, lower the quality temporarily to check for bandwidth fluctuations. For meetings or AI Tools, prioritize routes with stable connections and low jitter.

How should I choose between IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes and direct connections?

IEPL dedicated routes suit situations where cross-border route stability matters. Relay routes pass through an optimized entry point and are useful when local direct connections perform poorly. Direct connections take a more direct path, but depend more heavily on current network conditions. Start with a nearby region, then compare page load speed, sustained transfers and disconnections under the same conditions.

How can I tell whether a speed issue is caused by the route or my local network?

With the proxy disconnected, first check whether your local network can reliably reach commonly used sites. Then connect to routes in different regions for comparison. If every route is slow, check local Wi-Fi, router load and the carrier link. If only a specific route is slow, switching routes will usually help. Keep the device, network and test target consistent, and avoid comparing while downloads are running.

Should I switch regions if AI Tools or streaming services load slowly?

Consider the target service’s regional availability together with the current route status. Choose a region that matches the target service, then refresh the sign-in state or reopen the app. If the page opens but content loads slowly, try another route in the same region. If the service reports a region mismatch, clear the old session and make sure the browser or app is not bypassing the proxy.

120+ countries / 180+ routes

Regional distance is only one factor when choosing a route. Local carriers, the destination you are accessing and the time of day also affect performance, so compare routes under the same conditions.

BILLING

Billing & refunds

Monthly subscriptions, data packages, plan upgrades, payments and refund requests.

Which monthly subscription tiers are available?

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB · ¥18/month with 250GB · ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date. Choose based on your actual browsing, streaming and file-transfer needs rather than device count, since simultaneous connections are unlimited.

Does the data package reset every month?

No. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Tiers are ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Unlike monthly subscriptions, which reset on the activation date, these packages suit users whose usage varies and who prefer to pay according to actual consumption.

How does upgrading a monthly subscription midway work?

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, check the current plan, remaining status and target tier in the user panel, then submit the change. After the upgrade, refresh the account overview and client subscription so the local configuration reads the updated account status.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Available payment options are determined by what appears on the user panel’s checkout page. Do not create the same order again after submitting payment. If the order status does not update, refresh the user panel to check the record and include the relevant order details in a ticket.

How do I request a refund?

VPNQD offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. To apply, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket area and submit the relevant order details together with your refund request. To help us verify it, do not submit multiple requests for the same order. Check the ticket for processing status and subsequent updates.
