LEGAL TERMS
Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply to the international network access and route subscription services provided by VPNQD. By visiting the website, creating an account, starting a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using the relevant services.
Service Scope and Applicability
VPNQD provides access to international routes, subscription configurations, and related client access for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service is intended to improve cross-border access paths. Actual connection results may be affected by the user’s location, device configuration, the status of the target service, route maintenance, and other factors.
The service covers 120+ countries / 180+ routes. Route names, connectable regions, and available types may change as networks are maintained and resources are allocated. The route directory on this website describes the current service scope and does not constitute a separate promise of continuous access to any particular region, website, or application. Clients and subscription details must be obtained through the user panel; static subscription URLs and public installation package links are not provided.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for subscription activation, route connections, and ticket actions performed through their accounts. Credentials are for the registered user only and may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with a third party on a long-term basis. Subscription access may not be divided and resold.
Subscriptions support unlimited simultaneous devices. This rule is intended for users managing their own everyday devices and does not permit bulk account distribution, operation of a shared access service, or centralized occupation of route resources through automation. If an account is publicly distributed, used for resale, or shows abnormal connection activity that clearly affects other users, VPNQD may restrict the relevant connections and require the user to complete security measures.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Users should verify the selected subscription, data allowance, and payment information before submitting payment.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of the regions involved in their use of the service. Users are responsible for determining whether their access and usage methods comply with applicable requirements. The service must not be used to infringe the lawful rights of others, distribute illegal content, commit fraud, send malicious traffic, attack network systems, access data without authorization, or conduct any other unlawful activity.
Users must not disrupt the normal operation of routes, servers, websites, or the user panel. They must not probe system interfaces in bulk, evade resource management measures, or use automated programs to generate abnormal requests. Users bear responsibility for complaints, disputes, losses, or legal liability arising from their usage. VPNQD may cooperate with valid legal requests when necessary.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNQD will maintain routes and the user panel as required for normal operations. However, cross-border connections may be affected by failures in underlying networks, changes to target services, device system updates, regional network changes, and necessary maintenance. When connection problems occur, the service may switch routes, update configurations, or conduct temporary maintenance. Users should update their subscriptions promptly and follow the help documentation to check their client and local network settings.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNQD is not responsible for third-party websites, applications, content, or transactions, nor for indirect losses caused by device failures, local network settings, third-party service interruptions, or improper operation. If a service issue occurs, users may submit a ticket through the user panel with the necessary error details and reproduction steps.
Refunds, Restrictions, and Account Termination
A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so that the account, order, and payment records can be verified. Refunds are processed according to the original order and actual payment details; related subscription benefits may end at the same time once a refund has been completed.
If an account is involved in resale, public sharing, unlawful use, malicious attacks, disruption of service operations, or another serious violation of these terms, VPNQD may restrict route access, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. Before or after taking action, the service may require the user to change credentials, stop the relevant conduct, or provide additional information depending on the nature of the incident. Account termination does not release the user from responsibilities incurred before termination.
Changes to and Interpretation of These Terms
VPNQD may update these terms in response to service changes, compliance requirements, or operational processes. Updated text will be published on this page, with the last updated date shown on the page serving as the reference. Important changes involving account use, refunds, or service scope will be explained through the website, user panel, or other available in-site channels.
Continued use of the service after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised content. If you object to a change, you may stop using the service and submit a refund request if the applicable conditions are met. Matters not covered by these terms will be handled under other published website rules and applicable law. If different provisions conflict, the provision directly related to the specific matter and published more recently will prevail.
